This is an excellent shop with great service! I take all of my vehicles here and they do great work. They explain very clearly any issues that your vehicle may have and fair options to get it resolved. Very professional and great customer service. Really good and honest people here. They explained in detail what was wrong, gave me a price 1/3 of what another shop was going to charge me, and guided me on how to handle the other issues I was having.They make you feel like an actual human being which is extremely rare these days.I appreciate everything everyone does at this shop 🙂

Outstanding service! They resolved all my RDX issues with honesty and professionalism, never trying to overcharge me. Instead, they genuinely helped and provided great support. The waiting area is great with good WiFi for me to do some work while waiting. I highly recommend them!

Bryan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Had to wait a bit for the oil change but totally worth it. They told me patiently about all the checks they did, honored the Groupon instantly and gave me tips for future oil changes.

Brad did great work finding what was needed to replace damaged brake components. Nick worked so hard getting rusted parts removed (the car was from Pennsylvania, road salt corrosion). He got the new parts installed as soon as they arrived. I feel much safer now with the right equipment installed.

I went to get my oil change..I was quoted a price of 19.99 plus services, tax of 26.17. When I recieved my car it was 32.47. I asked him why it jumped to that, he immediately got an attitude and let me know he's been in the busy 21 yrs.I calmly told him I as well had been in customer service for over 20 yrs and I know you don't do anything extra without a customer consent and letting know cost..To get an attitude is unacceptable and un professional. Now a few more dollars isn't much, but it's my money and I have the right to inquire about cost..I will not be doing business with them again!!!THAT WAS 2 years agoToday..I LOVE THE NEW OWNERS!!!BRAD AT THE FRONT DESK IS SO FRIENDLY, HELPFUL AND INCREDIBLY PROFESSIONAL..HE APOLOGIZED FOR THE BAD SERVICES I RECEIVED (WHICH WASN'T HIS FAULT HE DIDN'T EVEN WORK HERE AT THE TIME)I AM 100% HAPPY CUSTOMER 😃

Brad and Nick were great at explaining everything! Awesome customer service and will return for all of my auto needs. A1 rating from me and this was my second visit for unrelated issues. Brad always answers all of my questions about my Malibu. This location gets the job done right the first time! Nick even fixed an issue with my wire connections from a previous auto repair from another nonaffiliated auto shop. Thanks guys!!!!

When I go for maintenance, I try to find good deals, yes, but I also like a place that treats the customer well and finishes the task quickly, while you wait in reasonable comfort. I get what I need at Goodyear Quick Wrench.This Goodyear service location is known for its tire service and general car maintenance. My most recent visit was for Power Steering fluid service. I found them through Groupon and, having been here before and remembering the positives, I was ready to return once again.Goodyear Quick Wrench has a comfortable waiting area with a television and individual chairs. They serve complimentary coffee, water, and soft drinks while you wait. With the overall level of comfort, you don’t mind the wait. But that isn’t a problem, as they finish within the promised time frame anyway.Keeping your vehicle well maintained is a must. It’s not something I look forward to, but it is a chore that must be completed. It’s therefore best to seek out a place that gets the job done for a fair price with a comfortable atmosphere. I like the service and courtesy I have received at Goodyear Quick Wrench and will continue to return to this location for my car servicing needs.
